Where does the smoke come from?

Smoker's Savior™ uses water vapor to provide a smoking sensation with real tobacco taste and a realistic look of smoke. There is no fire or carcinogenic chemicals. Smoker's Savor is a tobacco-free alternative.

Will Smoker's Savior™ make my breath and clothes smell like smoke?

The flavor of Smoker's Savior™ is delivered in a water vapor form, which has a distinct taste and a more mild scent. Once the vapor evaporates in the air, the smell disappears. Compared to regular cigarettes, there is almost no trace of a smoky smell on the breath and none on your clothes.

I just started smoking the cigarette and I only got a few puffs of good smoke. After about two puffs there was no more smoke and I noticed the tip was blinking red. Why is this happening?

The Smokers Savior E-Device needs to be charged fully before use. You cannot take it right out of the box and start using it. The Smoker's Savior™ needs to be charged for at least 4 hours before using. The Smoker's Savior™ can either be charged using the USB port charger plugged directly into your computer or by using the USB port adapter wall charger. The light on the USB port charger must be a solid green light, not blinking between red and green.

Why am I getting smoke but I am not tasting any flavor?

The initial filter that comes on the Smoker's Savior™ is just a dummy filter that is used to protect the atomizer during shipping. The dummy filter needs to be removed and replaced with one of the three lose filters that comes in the Smokers Savior Starter Kit.

How come I am inhaling really hard and getting only a little smoke?

One reason may be that the aerator holes on the atomizer might be covered up. There are notches on the battery that line up with holes in the atomizer. The holes cannot be covered up, if you twist the battery and atomizer too tightly you may cover up the aerator holes and air can not flow over the atomizer to turn into water vapor. Loosen the battery and atomizer so you can see the holes line up with the notches on the battery and then try inhaling and notice how much more smoke you will get.

Why would I get lots of smoke when I first start using the Smoker's Savior™ and then after a few inhales the smoke starts to diminish?

The atomizer needs a break every few inhales. If you take a few puffs (3 to 5 inhales) and then let the atomizer rest for 30 seconds, then inhale the atomizer will have time to rest and then will create more smoke or water vapor. Do not continuously drag on the Smoker's Savior™ without allowing it to rest every now and again. When you were smoking were you constantly inhaling non-stop all the time? Enjoy the drag of the Smoker's Savior™ and take in the flavor.

How long do you have to charge the battery for? How long does the charge last?

The battery (white portion of the Smoker's Savior™) should be charged initially for at least 4 hours. After the initial charge it should only take about and hour to 2 hours to charge back up, once the LED light on the USB Port Charge lights up green it is fully charged.

How long can I smoke for?

The battery last for approximately 1 to 2 hours of actual “smoke time“. It will last most of the day as long as you smoke it intermittently throughout the day, continuous inhaling non-stop will cause the battery to drain more quickly.

I cannot find the atomizer, where is it?

The atomizer screws onto the battery. Sometimes when you remove the ‘dummy” filter you may unscrew the atomizer and it could be still attached to the “dummy” filter. Check to see if it still attached to the dummy filter if it is pull the filter and the atomizer apart and screw the atomizer back onto the Smoker's Savior™ battery.

How can I get more smoke?

At Smoker's Savior™ we discovered the “Puff, Puff, Puff” method. Take 3 quick easy puffs on the Smoker's Savior™ and prime the atomizer. Then take a nice easy drag on the Smoker's Savior™ and you will notice that you will get billowy clouds of smoke/water vapor. Make sure you let the atomizer rest for a few seconds between each inhale, constant sucking on the Smoker's Savior™ will cause the atomizer to get over worked and will produce less smoke.

What's in the Flavor Filters?
